with Gail Bokor

    • Two day workshop - Wednesday, June 6 & Thursday, June 7, 2018
    • 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. daily
    • $195.00

A different approach to applying paint! Fun and exciting results from doing dirty pours, to swiping, to a more controlled approach,  you will watch "paint play" as pigments merge together to form shapes and cells. Using acrylic, watercolor and even tempera paint, you will see almost immediate results, and may take your paintings as far as your experience will let you. This workshop is geared to all levels of creative experience. Warning: highly addictive!

Having lived thirty plus years in Grand Rapids, I now live in Port Orange, Florida, where I am busy creating art, teaching, and of course spending time at our beautiful beach. I teach Watercolor and Experimental Mixed Media classes at the Art League of Daytona Beach, as well as The Hub on Canal and Artists' Workshop in New Smyrna Beach. I consider myself an Experimental Artist, as I am always exploring new surfaces and discovering ways of painting non traditionally, and love being able to pass this on to my students. I spend summers in the Grand Rapids area with my photographer husband.
